process. Early reservation is highly recommended as reservations

Cancellation & Refund Policy |

Any change or cancellation should be informed via e-mail
or fax to the person you send the registration form directly
to. |

Bank and service charges will be deducted from the refunded
amount. |

Please note that refunds will be made after the Congress
