Registration Guidelines
1. On-line registration is highly recommended at the website, www.aac2008.org. If On-line registration is
    not available, please contact the Secretariat by e-mail (reg@aac2008.org).
2. Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
    The confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail within 3 weeks upon clearance of payment.
3. On-line registration will be available by August 10, 2008. From August 11, 2008, you will be required
    to register on-site.

Payment Methods
Credit Card:
- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
- Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'Allat'.
 
Wire Transfer:
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
- Sender's name should be the registrant's name.
- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the Congress Secretariat. Please ensure the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.

Registration Acknowledgement
Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after on-line registration.
 
Payment Status (Check at 'My Page')
- After you complete your on-line registration, please visit 'My page'.
- You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My page'.
- You can modify only your personal information by August 31, 2008.
- Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment is needed' to 'Payment is confirmed' within three weeks upon clearance of the payment.
 
Registration Confirmation
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.


Invitation Letter
The organizer will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support. This request will be processed as a step of online registration system. If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, you may request to the Secretariat by August 31, 2008. It will be mailed with in a week after confirmation of your full payment. Additionally, it will be charged for notary service fee and required to pay onsite. Please ensure if you need notarized letter of invitation for visa to the Korean Embassy in your country.


Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (reg@aac2008.org) or fax (+82-2-521-8683).
2. All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons.
3. All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
4. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation.

Cancellation by August 10, 2008 70% refund
Cancellation from August 11, 2008 No refund
